Hello! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! Have you started decorating for Christmas??
This year I’m taking it slower than past years and have only put the Christmas wreath out on the front door so far.
One thing I know for sure though is that I’ll be incorporating plaid into my Christmas decorating again this year!
I like plaid all year round but around Christmas time I love it!

I first remember falling in love with “Christmas” plaid when I was around 13 years old. My mom made me this adorable plaid skirt for Christmas and of course I had to have her make me a matching bow in the same plaid material as the skirt (somebody please get this girl some sunless tan lotion)! 🙂

Then in high school around Christmas time all I wanted to wear were plaid flannel shirts.
To me plaid at Christmas time means cozy, classic, fresh and stylish.
Now instead of dressing myself in plaid (although I do have one plaid flannel shirt) I love adding plaid accents to my home.
I’ve gathered some of the best plaid Christmas home decor for the best prices to share with you today!

I incorporated plaid in my Christmas decorating last year through wrapping paper. I wrapped a few faux presents and used them as decorations.
Will you be using plaid in your Christmas decorating this year? What are your decorating ideas for this year (colors, “themes”, etc.)? Would love to hear!
Have a great rest of your week!!

Adorable photo of you and your dad! I am always drawn to plaid this time of year and have been using a ton of it with my holiday decor!

Thank you, Shelley! I love the plaid bow on your front door wreath. Can’t wait to see the rest of your holiday decor!:-)
I had forgotten how lovely plaid can be – thanks for reminding me! And, that little sweet girl is a fair-skinned beauty!!
Aww thanks, Meg!:-) It wasn’t fun being called a ghost in elementary school during the winter months but some kids will find any reason to pick on others, won’t they?
Plaid is so classic!
Agreed, Ella!!:-)
I love plaid too and recently did a post about the classic and red black. Hoping to add some to my holiday decor this year, but for some reason it seems tricky with my existing furniture and patterns. I’ll give it a try, though 🙂
I just checked out your post, Colleen!:-) I love the plaid boots you featured!
Thank you for stopping by!
🙂 My pleasure!
